About
William Hogarth's paintings, newly displayed at the ÁùºÏ²ÊÔ¤²â, invite us to take delight in the restlessness of 18th-century London and the nitty-gritty of city life. From his ‘flesh and blood’ street pedlar to his vivid portrayal of childhood and his incisive look at a loveless marriage, Hogarth shows us the theatre of human life. The tour led by expert guide Muriel Carré will be a deep dive into the English artist’s life and work.
This is a guided walking tour through the collection for which headsets will be provided. Please meet at the Information Desk in the Sainsbury Wing Foyer.
